I started powerlifting in 2019 and entered my first competition that year. Fast forward 4 years and I’ve just competed at the highest level of the sport, IPF Worlds, placing 4th in the 83kg class. I also hold the British Record for the deadlift at 329kg and want to share what I’ve learnt over the years with others.
A big part of my own training is not just strength related but aesthetics have a big role too. So I’ve made sure my own methods have the same principles
My main goal behind created one off plans was to make the sort of programme I wish I had when I first started lifting and give people a head start into powerlifting itself.
